My skills in market analysis, communication, and negotiation along with experience allow me to bring a winning conclusion to real estate transactions for my clients. The office I work with is led by one of the nations top Realtors®, Dawn Krantz. She was #3 in production in 2006 and recently featured in the central Texas Broker Agent Magazine. I have carefully chosen this brokerage because of Dawn's dedication to agent education and the resources that will enhance my client's experience and my professionalism.
The formative years of my career life were spent in the administrative branch of service and manufacturing businesses. There I learned the value of great service and the ability to be a problem solver. Customers stay where their business matters and honesty, diplomacy and knowledge will almost always lead to a solution for any problem. For the past 8 years I have run my own business and am passionate about the exciting and interesting career of real estate. Each home sale or purchase is unique with it's own story and cast of characters. Got to love it all!
Outside of real estate life is also full. I live near Lake Travis with my husband, Barton. We love water and the beautiful Hill Country. A perfect weekend would include a road trip over some part of the Texas hills that we have not yet toured. My personal hobby involves my furry 4 legged kids. I have 2 Papillons (small hairy dogs) that I train. We have had a wonderful time earning a box full of ribbons on the way to AKC Excellent agility titles and I am now in the process of training them in another sport called Freestyle. Freestyle is flowing obedience moves and tricks performed to music - "dancing with dogs". With other dogs I have participated in obedience, conformation and lure coursing.
